"Superforce" Brand QJC-A Jack has the following characteristics in design and use:
1、Quick braking,safe and reliable.
QJC-A Jack applies the load self control and two cone braking device,which is small sized but has high
braking torque.Its double pawl structure ensures safe and reliable braking performance.
2、Smooth transmissions,no jerks.
QJC-A Jack's gear and rack have special teeth profile,which ensures gear-back high engagement and
smooth transmission.While in other ordinary mechanical jacks,usually there is jerk noise generated by
the bad engagement when the load is lowered.
3、High efficiency, small turning force.
The main slide portion of QJC-A Jack is lined with anti-friction material to reduce the lift slide resistance
and both ends of the lift shaft are fixed with ball bearings,which ensures smooth transmission and reduces
turning force.One operator's turning force is no more than 25kg at full load condition.
4、Quick lift,high working efficiency.
QJC-A Jack has the rational gear transmission ratio which ensures quickest lift on the condition that manual
turning force is strictly controlled.The lifting speed of QJC-A Jack is 7.5-21% higher than that of other jacks
of same type and same capacity.
5、Sturdy structure,light weight
The case of QJC-A Jack is made of high quality CRS plate, all the gears are made of high quality carburized
alloy steel,which has high strength and wear-resistance and light weight.
6、Ergononmic design for more comfortable operation
Size and length of the operation handle is designed ergonomically for comfortable operation.The handle can
be folded to reduce the size when not in use."Up"and "Down" signs are dearly marked at a conspicuous place
on the handle to avoid improper operations in case of emergency.
7、External dimension proportion id designed as per the golden section principle and soft and harmonized coating
colors makes the Jack look nice. |
