BODY
The main body of HHS Series Electric Chain Hoist is made of high strength Aluminum alloys and formed by precision thin-section casting.
This design results in the greater strength, smaller volume and weight of the hoist.
GEAR
Double-geared driving system with one common axle is applied to ensure the performance of the hoist.
Both gears are fixed in the sealed lubricating reduction box with their ends mounted on bearings.
SAFETY CLUTCH
A sintered safety clutch is designed as over-load protection system.The applied moment has been adjusted before the hoist is available for service.
MOTOR
Cylindrical rotor motor with high starting moment is applied and its protection standard meets IP54 Specifications. The duty cycles and power
frequencies are available for various uses of the hoist. For detailed information, please refer to the attached Specification Table.
BRAKE
The design of DC (Direct Current) Disk Electromagnetic Brake ensures high brake moment and quick reliable braking with little noise.
LIMIT SWITCH
The limit Sitch is adjustable. Its top-bottom run distance can be aligned precisely according to the different lift requirement.
CHAIN
The high strength surface carbonized chain provides great resistance to wear and tear and corrosion. The minimum breaking
force reaches over 800N/mm2and the assurance coefficient
over 8 times more than the working load limit.
ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATION
The HHS Electric Chain Hoist featrues:
(1) Compact magnetic reversing contactor with mechanical interlock.
(2) Rocker pushbutton control with mechanical interlock/24-Volt safety power control.
(3) All electric components reach IEC standards. |
